Refund and Returns Policy

1. DIGITAL PRODUCT NATURE

All products offered by Jenglot Center are digital goods delivered electronically.

This means:

  • No physical items are shipped
  • All purchases are accessible instantly after payment
  • Products cannot be “returned” in a traditional sense

2. NO RETURNS POLICY

Due to the nature of digital products:

All sales are final.

Once a product has been purchased and delivered,
it cannot be returned, exchanged, or canceled.


3. REFUND ELIGIBILITY

Refunds are only granted under specific circumstances:

4. REFUND REQUEST WINDOW

All refund requests must be submitted within:

7 days from the date of purchase

Requests submitted after this period will not be considered.

  • Proof of issue may be required
  • We may request screenshots or transaction details

6. ACCESS TERMINATION

If a refund is approved:

  • Your access to the product will be immediately revoked
  • Continued use after refund is strictly prohibited
